Our practice is based on the philosophy of providing quality comprehensive vision care. Using the latest in technology, we provide Professional eye examinations.

REMEMBER

1. Your instructions concerning the use and care regime of your contact lenses,.

2. To comply timely with scheduled follow up visits to obtain a contact lens prescription.

3. That the use of contact lenses can cause eye irritations, infections, and corneal injury. If your eyes become red irritated, painful or if your vision worsen while wearing lenses, immediately remove the lenses and consult an eye care practitioner.

4. The risks increase with the number of consecutive hours that lenses are worn between removals. It is not recommended to wear soft lenses overnight.

5. To have backup prescription glasses to avoid over wearing of contact lenses.

6. Monovision or Partial Distance Vision Correction is not recommended for driving.

7. Contact lens prescription expires in 2 years and must have a full exam to have the prescription renewed.
