Dr. Amy M. Tolbert, originally from Bono, AR, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas. Before leaving for college Dr. Tolbert met her husband of 6 years and they now have one daughter Marcy Claire. After graduating from UCA, Dr. Tolbert attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN where she earned her doctorate degree. Dr. Tolbert joined CustomEyes Vision Care in 2009. During her time in Pocahontas Dr. Tolbert has become an esteemed member of several local civic organizations. She is a board certified member of the American Optometric Association and is also an avid ambassador of the Infantsee program, which provides free eye exams for children under the age of one regardless of insurance. In her free time Dr. Tolbert enjoys spending time at Lake Norfork, participating in church activities and spending time with her family.

Effective January 01, 2012 VSP will no longer allow patients to split the Contact Allowance between the fitting fee and contact lens materials. The fitting Copay MUST be paid by the patient and the Contact Allowance can ONLY be used on the purchase of contacts
