What happens if my order is denied?

If there is an issue with the order (e.g. expired or incorrect prescription), you'll receive an email from yourlens stating that the order was denied and cancelled, and another email from our office with details on why it was denied and what the next steps are. Your credit card will NEVER be charged if the order is denied. Once the issue is addressed, you'll be able to place the order again.
