When will my lenses be shipped?

Shipping occurs on every business day excluding weekends and holidays.

Where can I find my contact lens prescription?

You can view & print it off the patient portal to the Harvard University Health Services medical record system. It is stored in the letters file. Alternatively, you can call the Eye Clinic at 617-495-2068 and have a copy mailed or faxed to you. Lastly, you can pick up a copy at the Eye Clinic in person during business hours.

Can I use my Health Flexible Spending benefit online?

Contact lens purchases are eligible for Flexible Spending benefit reimbursement. To use the Benefits Strategies Visa Debit card you will need to make the purchase by phone. (617-495-2541) If you purchase online you will need to print the receipt and submit it to Benefits Strategies for reimbursement.
