CONTACT LENS PEARLS
1.Don't sleep with contacts
2.Remove lenses at least 1 hour before bedtime
3.Rub your lenses clean on both sides for at least 3 seconds each side UPON REMOVAL
4.Dispose of lenses at the required length of time. ie 2 weeks or 1 month
